- Replacement and recovery is the right of content of all our customers and includes all the products we offer to our store.
- All products offered to our store are subject to a policy of replacement and refund in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this newspaper.
- It can be returned or replaced if the product is in the same original state at the time of purchase and is coated with the original cover.
Recovery within three (3) days and replacement within seven (7) days of purchase date.

- Please photograph the product and send it with the city, address and application number to be replaced by another product in case the product is corrupt or has a particular defect, or is not exploited as agreed.
- The amount is refunded to the customer in full if the product you have delivered is completely different with the product description on the product page of our site.
- We are not responsible for any expectations of the use of products by the customer that we did not mention on the product page of our site.
